- Consultants der e3 sind immer am Puls unserer Kundschaft! Du berätst und unterstützt fachlich und methodisch und setzt dabei eigene Impulse
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und wirkst als (Teil-)Projektleiter in unseren Kundenprojekten mit
- Unsere anspruchsvolle Kundschaft kann auf dein fachliches Knowhow bauen, du berätst sie kompetent und bedarfsgerecht
- Du begleitest die Kunden im ganzen Projektlebenszyklus von Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Einführung
- Neben technischen Aspekten behältst du auch immer die Geschäftsprozesse im Fokus und hilfst mit, diese zu optimieren
- Du weisst, worauf zu achten ist und sicherst die Qualität in den Projekten mit deiner methodischen Erfahrung
- Du gestaltest das Portfolio unseres IT Security Consulting Bereichs (insbesondere IAM) aktiv mit
- Du trägst deine Passion nach aussen und hilfst mit, unsere Kompetenz auf dem Markt sichtbar zu machen (Präsentationen, Verkaufsunterstützung, Mitarbeit in Gremien
Profil / Kenntnisse:
- Fundierte Ausbildung in Informatik mit Schwerpunkt IT Security oder Business Analyse
- Solides technisches Basiswissen in IT Themen, vertiefte Kenntnisse in IT Security sind ein Plus (Datensicherheit, Cloud Security, GRC, etc.)
- Vertieftes fachliches Knowhow im Bereich IAM: Active Directory, Authentisierung, Federation.
- Gutes Prozessverständnis und Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung
- Hohe Selbständigkeit, Methoden– und Lösungskompetenz und analytisches Denken
- Kommunikative, belastbare und sicher auftretende Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
- Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
